The new service tiers and pricing are as follows:
ADSL Basic: 512K downstream/128k upstream - $29.95 per month
ADSL Premium: 4Mbps downstream/512k upstream - $44.95 per month
ADSL Platinum: 12Mbps downstream/768k upstream - $59.95 per month*
ADSL Ultimate: 24Mbps downstream/1Mbps upstream - $74.95 per month*
* Not all customers may qualify for these speeds
The new "Ultimate" service is now the fastest advertised residential high-speed Internet service in Ashtabula County from any Internet Provider.
Online Bill Pay Online bill pay currently available for all customers of Conneaut Telephone, Suite224 Internet, and CableSuite541. Many customers have asked us for combined billing, which was completed last year and the ability to pay online, which is available now. Conneaut Telephone remains committed to providing the services our customers need with superior customer service.
